  • Anika Vanim, Birth Doula and Certified Lactation Counselor

    Anika is a certified Birth Doula, Reiki Practitioner, Prenatal Yoga Instructor and Placenta Artist who is dedicated to empowering mothers through their most authentic birthing vision. She has personal experience in both preterm and home births - having her first child three weeks prematurely and free-birthing her second child at home. As a result, Anika connects deeply with the home-birthing community as well as those facing preterm births. She provides comprehensive support to mother, whether they are navigating natural labor or preparing for cesareans, ensuring they feel informed and supported every step of the way.

    Beyond birth work, Anika enjoys family photography and adventures with her children.

  • Tracy MacGregor, Advanced Certified Lactation Counselor

    For many years Tracy was a Birth and Postpartum Doula (Certified through ProDoula and DONA International) as well as a Childbirth Educator and Placenta Encapsulation Specialist. It was her work as a doula that drew her to Lactation Counseling. She supported many new moms who were feeling unheard and under-supported when it came to their breastfeeding journey. It was then that Tracy became an ALPP Certified Lactation Counselor and has most recently earned her Advanced Lactation Counselor designation. She is very passionate about breastfeeding, so supporting new moms along this journey is very fulfilling work for her. To Tracy, this work is more than just supporting a healthy and successful breastfeeding relationship. It’s about supporting women during this very special and vulnerable time in their lives. She likes to create a comforting and encouraging environment for her clients so that they feel comfortable sharing their goals, challenges and concerns around breastfeeding. She forms close connections with her clients which often expend past the early postpartum period, as her experience as a single mother highlighted the importance of connection during parenthood.

    Tracy is a mother to one amazing daughter and three fur babies. When she’s not supporting new moms, she enjoys gardening, hiking, spending time at the beach and reading whatever new book her club has selected.

  • Victoria Cruz, Birth and Postpartum Doula and Certified Lactation Counselor

    Victoria is a dedicated Birth and Postpartum Doula serving families with compassionate, evidence-based care. She is currently pursuing her DONA certifications and expanding her skills to include Hypnobirting Instruction, Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) credientials. With a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies and Psychology, Victoria blends academic knowledge with a deep personal calling to support families through one of life’s most transformative experiences. Guided buy love, learning and lived experience, her devotion to this calling deepens, rooted in the belief that empowered families build stronger communities

    .Recently relocated from Philadelphia to Berks County, Victoria shares a home with her fiance, their spirited toddler, a Bernese Mountain Dog and two rescue cats. Outside of work, Victoria cherishes time outdoors, reading and throwing pottery.
